Business Meteorologist -- Planalytics

As a Business Meteorologist with Planalytics, you will have the opportunity
to work with senior meteorologists in a business environment. Working as a
member of our client services team, you will facilitate the delivery and
successful application of Planalytics market-leading Business Weather
Intelligence products and services. You will be located in our Wayne, PA
office and can expect to travel to client locations across North America.


Responsibilities will include:

Provide service and support leading to client satisfaction and retention

Facilitate/create/manage the activities and deliverables required to
service and support assigned clients.

Timely, accurate, and actionable delivery of applicable Business Weather
Intelligence products

Perform Business Weather Intelligence consulting services as required.

Provide all appropriate management documentation and reporting

Contribute to the publishing of weather intelligence from a business
perspective


Specific qualifications are as follows:


Meteorology degree obtained by May 2008

Along with a meteorology degree, a double major or minor in business is
preferred

Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Solid technical/software skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and
Access

Retail experience a strong plus

Experience with customer service and support a strong plus

Quantitative/statistical analytical skills a strong plus
