Air Quality Meteorologist/Scientist/Engineer -- TRC Companies, Inc.

Air Quality Meteorologist/Scientist/Engineer
Lyndhurst , NJ

We are currently seeking entry level individuals with 0 to 2 years experience in performing air quality evaluations using current computer dispersion models to support air quality licensing/permitting/compliance studies. We are considering applicants who have recently graduated with a strong academic background in meteorology/atmospheric sciences or environmental systems engineering with a focus on air quality studies. We have immediate openings for air quality meteorologists/scientists/engineers in our Lyndhurst, NJ office to assist in performing air quality modeling simulations for support of air permitting applications and regulatory compliance for power generation, industrial facilities and transportation projects.

Qualified applicants should have good general computer application skills and experience using regulatory atmospheric dispersion models. Experience using drafting programs (AutoCAD) will be considered a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills are expected.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelors and or graduate degree(s) in Meteorology/Atmospheric Sciences or Environmental Systems Engineering with a focus on air quality studies and 0 to 2 years of experience in performing air quality dispersion analyses.
