Our aim is to deliver solutions touching many areas of everyday life - from transport, energy, building, water and the environment to industry, communications, social development, health and education.Mott MacDonald is seeking an Air Quality Modeller to provide technical support for air quality modelling studies undertaken by the Environment and Social Development Team based in the Energy Unit, Brighton. The successful candidate, with time, will be required to and act as Project Manager for air quality / Environmental Impact Assessment / Pollution Prevention and Control permit applications. They will possess a good first degree in a relevant scientific discipline, and second degree (MSc / PhD may be pending) in Atmospheric Sciences, Climate Change or similar with an emphasis on atmospheric physics / meteorology. Applicants should possess project management skills, and be able to run several work streams simultaneously. Language skills will be a distinct advantage, and applicants should be able to demonstrate high level presentation skills.
