Tim Hall, Aerospace, David Doughty Junhong WeiMeteorology Career Days is a departmental career fair. The career fair is designed to expose students at all academic levels (freshman through seniors at the undergraduate level and all graduate students) to the range of career opportunities available to them with a degree in meteorology and atmospheric science.

We encourage companies to attend who may not even have any current open positions at the time of the event. Career Days is structured so those companies can choose to only attend the opening night reception, which is just a chance for them to get some exposure with the students via a brief presentation and informal networking. It's a great networking opportunity for the students as well.

Career Days is typically held for two days, with an optional third day for any company wishing to do longer second interviews. The format of the event is as follows:

Due to recent outbreak of the Coronavirus and the the closing of campus, Career Days will be held remotely. We will be holding the event via Zoom at 6pm EST on Tuesday, March 24. All recruiters will get a chance to present on their company. Each company will have 5 minutes to present and 5 for questions. We'll have chat engaged for students to ask questions and Amber De Cosmo will field those to the presenters.
