Topics in Mesoscale Meteorology

Purpose and Content

This intensive writing course will explore mesoscale processes using individualized case studies as the centerpiece of the class writing requirement. In addition, the student will complete a sequence of on-line computer based learning modules, writing a series of papers related to both the topics and the semester case study. Class schedule is based on mutually acceptable weekly meeting times. There are strict deadlines for completion of computer modules and papers. For further details, contact Paul Knight (pgk2@psu.edu)
