Recruiters:
Are you a recruiter looking for the right candidate to fill an internship or career position in your organization? Well then participate in our Spring Career Days! It's free (except paying for your own travel costs) and you'll get the chance to tell students what you are looking for in an employee at an evening reception and to conduct formal interviews of students at all levels for internship or career positions. It's a great way to scout the talent and also to let our students know about your organization at the same time.

Students:
Get a leg-up on the competition when it comes to interviewing for a job or internship. Or just come to the evening reception and find out what employers are looking for in a candidate. It's a chance to network with company recruiters, many of which are Penn State alumni, and to hone your interview skills as well.
