Judges Sought for 21st Annual Graduate Exhibition

Subj: Twenty-first Annual Graduate Exhibition

We are seeking judges for the Twenty-first Annual Graduate Exhibition, to be held Friday evening, March 24 (Performance Option), from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m., and Sunday, March 26 (Poster Option and Visual Arts Option) from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (in the Hetzel Union Building). The Awards Ceremony is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, in the HUB Auditorium. Judges will be faculty members, graduate alumni, and graduate students, and will be assigned at random to judge the sessions.

Those faculty and students willing to participate as judges for this year’s Exhibition should complete the on-line judging form at https://secure.gradsch.psu.edu/exhibition/judge/. A 6:00 p.m. briefing session for Performance Option judges will be held on Friday evening, March 24, prior to the performances (which begin at 7:00 p.m.). The poster and visual arts judges will be expected to attend a briefing session prior to the opening of the exhibition Sunday,
March 26, at 10:00 a.m. in 302, HUB.

The deadline for judges’ registration is Tuesday, March 7, 2006.
