Research Interests
Dr. Small is a Ph.D. economist with skills in mathematics, statistics, programming, modeling, and simulation. His research focuses on weather and climate risk and decision applications. He also is interested in developing quantitative financial models of energy and emissions markets for use in derivative pricing, asset valuation, trading, and risk management.
