Chuck has been with the department since 1989, obtaining his PhD in 2005. His research specialties include atmospheric radiative transfer and remote sensing techniques. He also has extensive data acquisition and operational instrument field work experience.
Dr. Pavloski works on sponsored research projects in the areas of radiative transfer, remote sensing and high-performance computer applications to numerical weather analysis and prediction.
